Job summary
Ellie Mental Health is seeking licensed therapists (LPC/LMSW or Resident in Counseling) in Virginia for remote work with flexible hours. You will evaluate diagnoses, create treatment plans, and maintain a caseload of 25 sessions per week while providing telehealth services to diverse clients.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in behavioral sciences from an accredited college or university.
- Licensed mental health professional or Resident in Counseling in Virginia.
- Experience with psychosocial assessments, treatment plans and case notes.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base and maintain professional boundaries.
- Ability to document services and navigate EHR systems.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health diagnoses and implement treatment plans with notes.
- Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week.
- Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team.
- Utilize creative interventions to help clients meet goals.
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, and school and medical staff.
- Attend clinical staff meetings and training.
