Job summary

Ellie Mental Health is seeking licensed clinicians for a Tulsa clinic. The role emphasizes evaluating mental health diagnoses, building and updating treatment plans, and maintaining thorough documentation.

We offer a flexible schedule with a typical week under 33 hours, plus strong benefits, supervision, and centralized administrative support to help clinicians focus on client care and community impact.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field and on track to obtain licensure in designated field.
• Clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW)
• Trained and certified in EMDR therapy
• Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical notes
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to set and maintain professional boundaries with clients
• Timely documentation submission
• Comfortable working with a diverse client base
• Fully licensed clinicians ideally credentialed with insurance panels

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in your community
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
