Ellie Mental Health in Tulsa is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to join our new locally owned clinic. You will evaluate diagnoses, develop treatment plans, and document progress, while collaborating with a dynamic team to expand access to quality care.

The role offers a flexible schedule, generous benefits, and a focus on compassionate, evidence-based therapy across modalities such as EMDR, DBT, CBT, and more.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field.
• Clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) is preferred.
• Experience with DAs, treatment plans and clinical notes.
• Interest in EMDR, DBT, CBT and related topics.
• Ability to model stable, professional boundaries with clients.
• Proficient with Office 365 and Valant EHR.
• Fully licensed clinicians should be credentialed with insurance panels.

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement and maintain treatment plans and document progress.
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with a team to expand access to care.
