Qualifications

• Active real estate license in good standing in Texas.
• Full MLS access in the San Antonio market.
• Experience showing homes in the San Antonio area.
• Able to show homes using an electronic lockbox.
• Smartphone required to run the KeyPleaz app.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Buyer and rental showings.
• Property access and condition checks.
• Runner assignments such as lockbox and sign placement, key drops, and document delivery.
