Job summary

Float Health connects patients with nurses for in-home infusion administration. Nurses work as independent contractors, choosing when and where to work with no obligation to accept a job.

Pay ranges from $75.00 to $85.00 per hour, with bonuses for completion and referrals. Candidates must have 3–5+ years of hospital nurse experience, RN/BSN, and active BLS. Travel is on the road and work is flexible by patient need.

Qualifications

• Active RN or BSN license in good standing.
• 3–5+ years hospital-based nursing or home infusion experience.
• Current BLS certification and nursing liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care in home settings.
• Place and maintain peripheral IVs and administer IV infusions safely.
• Educate patients and caregivers on at-home treatment plans.
