Job summary

Float Health is an on-demand nursing service connecting patients with nurses for in-home IV administrations, including IVIGs and monoclonal antibodies. Nurses work as independent contractors, choosing their schedule with no obligation to accept a job, and travel to patients’ homes for care.

Required RN/BSN with BLS, 5+ years hospital/home infusion experience, and active license; pay ranges from $70–$80 per hour with incentives such as completion and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• RN or BSN licensure in good standing (Active or Compact license).
• Current BLS certification required.
• Experience in hospital, infusion center, or home infusion preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care in the patient's home.
• Place and maintain peripheral IVs and administer IV infusions safely.
• Educate patients and caregivers about medications and procedures.
