Job summary

Float Health is an on-demand nursing service that connects patients with nurses for in-home medication administration. Nurses work as independent contractors with flexible schedules and no obligation to take every job; pay ranges from $75.00 to $80.00 per hour.

Required: RN or BSN with an active state license (or compact license) and BLS; 3–4+ years hospital or home infusion experience; liability insurance.

Qualifications

• RN or BSN; active state license or compact license (NLC)
• 3–4+ years of hospital-based nursing or home infusion experience
• BLS certification required
• Active nursing license and liability insurance required

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care and education in the patient's home
• Place and maintain IVs (PIVs) and manage IV therapies
• Administer IV infusions and medications safely and efficiently
