Job summary

Float Health is an on-demand nursing service connecting patients with nurses for in-home medication administration, including IV meds such as IVIGs and monoclonal antibodies. Nurses work as independent contractors, choosing their own schedule with no obligation to accept a job.

Pay is $70.00–$80.00 per hour, with requirements including RN or BSN, active license, BLS, and 5+ years of hospital-based or infusion nursing.

Qualifications

• RN or BSN required, active license in state
• 5+ years hospital-based nursing or home infusion/infusion center experience
• BLS Certification required
• Ability to travel and work on the road
• Proof of Nursing Liability Insurance

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home patient care and education
• Place and maintain PIVs and adminster IV infusions
• Administer IV medications safely in patients' homes
