Job summary

Float Health provides an on-demand nursing service connecting RNs with patients at home for IV medication administration, including IVIGs and monoclonal antibodies. Nurses work as independent contractors, choosing when and where to work with no obligation to accept a job.

Required are RN or BSN licensure, active BLS, and nursing liability insurance. Preference is given to 5+ years in hospital-based nursing or home infusion settings, with compensation at $70–$80 per hour.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hospital-based nursing or home infusion/infusion center.
• Current active RN license or Compact Nurse License (NLC).
• Current BLS
• Proof of Nursing Liability Insurance

Responsibilities

• Providing one-on-one patient care and education in the comfort of their own home
• Utilize your clinical IV skills by placing and maintaining PIVs
• Administer IV infusions and medications to patients in a safe and efficient manner
