Job summary

Target is hiring an On‑Demand Guest Advocate to help guests with purchases, questions and checkout at our West Palm Beach store. You will build a welcoming experience, assist with a variety of tasks and support drive-up, order pickup and registry services.

The role requires flexible hours in a fast-paced retail environment and the ability to use store technologies and the Target App. Training and orientation are provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with guests and teammates.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Comfort with fast-paced, physically demanding work.
• Ability to learn and use store technologies.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and initiate helpful interactions.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Deliver easy and accurate service to all Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
