Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to help guests and support store operations. You can create your own schedule by picking up shifts posted by leaders or other team members through the MyTime app.

The role emphasizes reliable attendance, flexible hours, and completing a short-term training and welcome orientation to prepare for duties. As an On-Demand TM, you are not guaranteed a posted schedule but may choose shifts that fit your availability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and cleanliness in the work area.
• Attend Target Welcome orientation and complete training.
