Job summary
Bright Horizons Family Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Substitute Teacher to join our team in a childcare center environment. You will support teachers by assisting with activities, monitor student safety, and help maintain a nurturing learning space for children across various ages.
The role requires background checks and a high school diploma or GED; CDA/Associate/Bachelor’s in early education is preferred. This on-call position offers flexibility and opportunities to work at different centers as
Qualifications
- Background checks as required by state and company
- 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED
- 1 year of experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings preferred
- CDA/Associate/Bachelor’s in early education or related field preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist with hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of children.
- Maintain open communication with parents, sharing daily milestones.
- Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following procedures and guidelines.
- Provide support in any classroom or age group where teaching coverage is needed across a center or nearby locations
