Job summary

Bright Horizons Family Solutions, LLC. seeks a Substitute Teacher to support classroom activities across centers. You’ll assist with hands-on learning, communicate milestones to families, and maintain a safe, clean environment while providing coverage where needed.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, with 12 ECE units preferred; transcripts required. Prior child care experience is a plus, CDA/AA/Bachelor in early education is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must pass state and company background checks.
• 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
• 12 ECE units completed preferred, including Infant/Toddler if applicable.
• Transcripts required at time of hire.
• 1 year of experience in child care preferred.
• CDA, Associate, or bachelor’s degree in early education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hands-on activities to meet children's needs and interests.
• Maintain open communication with parents about daily milestones.
• Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following procedures.
• Provide coverage across centers or nearby locations as needed.
