Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing Program.
• Current Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Med/Surg unit and ED under supervision.
• Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice; monitor patient response.
