Job summary

Dave & Buster’s in Rosemont, IL is hiring Gaming Support Techs (Midway Techs) to repair and maintain our arcade games, simulators and equipment while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

You will assist Guests, load and refill tickets, help with merchandise, and keep Midway areas clean and organized. A flexible schedule, customer service mindset, and willingness to work days, nights and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication with Guests and Team Members.
• Must be able to work days, nights, weekends.
• Technical and/or electrical skills preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain amusements equipment, games, and simulators.
• Assist Guests and maintain ideal player conditions in the midway.
• Load and refill tickets in redemption games and secure storage areas.
• Stock, display, and secure merchandise in storage areas; conduct inventory.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of Midway games; keep displays in order.
• Assist with general store maintenance and daily game maintenance as directed.
