Job summary

Leidos is actively seeking Mission Ready Reserve MFLCs to provide licensed mental health counseling to Service Members and their families on Wyoming military installations. These flexible, assignment-based roles require readiness to serve across adult and CYB populations, without the administrative burden of insurance or treatment plans.

MFLCs deliver short-term, solution-focused counseling, engage with units and communities, and may work in school or base-related assignments depending on need.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavioral Health Professions is required.
• Licensure to practice at the independent practice level (LCSW, MFT, LPCC, Psychologist) in a US state or territory.
• U.S. citizen status required.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face counseling to Service Members and families (individual, couples, family, and children).
• Offer referrals and handoffs based on clinical judgment to military and community resources.
• Deliver presentations on social skills development and social-emotional learning.
• Build rapport with Service Members, spouses, and children during installations and community events.
