You will supervise morning staff and assist the Dispatch Manager with performance metrics and reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills.
• Proficiency in computer systems and data entry.

• At least 2 years of medical experience is required.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming calls and assist with inquiries.
• Schedule home call appointments with patients.
• Enter STATs and home calls into the EMR system.
• Dispatch STAT calls and track progress in real time.
• Verify STAT data in EMR daily.
• Document dispatch and arrival times.
• Enter requisitions and create patient accounts in EMR.
• Call facilities to report critical lab results.
• Dispatch pickups for specimen collection tasks.
• Scan requisitions and billing information.
• Oversee morning team members.
• Assist Dispatch Manager with reporting and metrics.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
