Qualifications

• Active LPN license to practice in Ohio.
• CPR certification (BLS or ALS accepted).
• Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility.
• Strong patient assessment skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Demonstrated clinical competency.
• Reliable transportation to worksite location.

Responsibilities

• Instruct patients and families in proper treatment.
• Help individuals and groups take steps to improve or maintain health.
• Assess and record symptoms and progress in patients.
• Administer patient medications as prescribed by the treating physician.
• Assist in rehabilitation per the physician's established plan of treatment.
