Qualifications

• Must live within 30-mile radius of territory.
• Home-based with required travel to inspection locations.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical inspections on commercial or residential properties.
• Identify risks and recommend controls to reduce accidents.
• Prepare schedules to maximize time and meet service levels.
• Coordinate with insured via phone, email, and text to set appointments.
• Complete loss control surveys and document issues with photos.
• Prepare required reports with photos after inspections.
• Update internal progress reports on survey status.
