Job summary

The NRP Group LLC seeks a Maintenance Technician for our Fort Worth, TX communities, including Four Seasons at Clear Creek and Race Street Lofts. You will perform general maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping to preserve curb appeal and apartment quality, reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and computer proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; CFC Universal Certification preferred and must be attained within 90 days of hire.
• At least 3-4 years of maintenance experience.
• Computer proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial services as assigned.
• Refurbish and renovate apartments per company standards.
• Walk the property daily to ensure curb appeal and quality of apartments.
• Notify Community Manager of safety concerns and participate in safety meetings.
• Handle customer service requests and support property operations; may assist at other properties.
• Maintain accurate record of all tasks completed.
