Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician to join its Fort Worth, TX communities—Four Seasons at Clear Creek and Race Street Lofts. The role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, performing general maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping to uphold curb appeal and apartment quality.

Qualified candidates have 3–4 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid CFC Universal Certification (preferred).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; CFC Universal Certification preferred and must be attained within 90 days of hire.
• Sufficient knowledge to thoroughly complete maintenance assessments and tasks to the standard of a Maintenance Technician.
• Computer proficiency preferred for maintenance-related documentation and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial services as assigned.
• Walk property daily to ensure curb appeal and quality of apartments.
• Respond to service requests and coordinate with Community Manager on improvements.
• Assist with storage area maintenance and company-standard refurbishments.
