Job summary

NRP Group in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician for Four Seasons at Clear Creek and Race Street Lofts. Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, you will perform general maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping to ensure curb appeal and high-quality apartments.

You’ll respond to customer service requests and help maintain the property to the company’s standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CFC Universal Certification required; must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• 3-4 years of maintenance experience.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial tasks.
• Maintain storage areas and materials.
• Refurbish and renovate apartments per standards.
• Walk the property daily to ensure curb appeal.
• Notify Manager of safety concerns and participate in safety meetings.
• Respond to service requests and assist at other properties as needed.
• Available for weekend, on-call, and after-hours emergencies.
