Qualifications

• Prior kitchen experience in a hotel or restaurant is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with team members and maintain a friendly attitude.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined, and physically capable of performing tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 30 lbs., and performing repetitive motions over the shift.
• Must be 18 years or older and dress according to company guidelines, maintaining a neat, clean, and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present menu items, ensuring quality and adherence to recipes and specifications.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies, operate equipment safely, and handle chemicals appropriately.
• Maintain proper storage of all products, monitor inventory, and follow prep sheets to control cost and reduce waste.
• Clean and sanitize all kitchen areas, stations, mats, floors, walls, drains, and trash cans.
• Assist team members as needed, fostering a cooperative and harmonious work environment.
• Communicate promptly with the supervisor about any issues or significant matters and propose corrective actions.
• Serve guests with a friendly, professional demeanor, smiling frequently.
