This full-time, on-site role requires reliability, clear communication, and the ability to handle busy shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience at a hotel or restaurant is preferred, but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with other team members.
• Must be friendly, disciplined and self-motivated; able to smile during day/evening shifts.
• Dressed in accordance with dress guidelines; looking neat, clean and professional.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items by recipe and to specification.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and cost-effectively.
• Assist other team members as needed to meet guest demand.
