Job summary

Dave & Buster’s/Main Event Entertainment in Toledo, OH is seeking a Line Cook to prepare menu items to recipe standards, uphold safety and sanitation, and deliver a memorable guest experience. You will work closely with the service team to ensure items are cooked correctly and served fresh.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, stocked station, following opening/closing procedures, and minimizing waste while staying adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of Line Cook/Prep Cook experience required.
• 18+ years old with required Food Handlers Certification.
• Must comply with uniform standards and safety procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
• Effective communication with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Prep and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Minimize food waste by proper portions and accurate tickets.
• Coordinate with service team to ensure fresh, timely delivery.
• Follow health department procedures and operate kitchen equipment safely.
• Keep station clean and stocked before, during, and after shifts.
• Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties as assigned.
