Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Connecticut LCSW or LMFT license required.
• Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group psychotherapy based on experience.
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based approaches tailored to each patient.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and collaboration with psychiatry and other providers.
• Assess and respond to clinical risk and urgent situations.
• Option to provide clinical supervision when qualified.
