Job summary

Family Centers is seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor for their Outpatient Behavioral Health Department in Connecticut. This full-time, in-person position will involve providing clinical supervision to staff, reviewing documentation, and offering consultation on complex cases. Candidates must be licensed in Connecticut and possess experience working with diverse populations. Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), LPC or LMFT in Connecticut, or ability to obtain CT licensure.
• Experience working with diverse populations; grief counseling experience is beneficial.
• Knowledge and experience with electronic health records.
• Ability to work two evenings per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to staff and interns.
• Review documentation including treatment plans and assessments.
• Offer consultation on complex clinical cases.
• Assist in recruitment and training of clinical staff.
• Monitor clinician caseloads and productivity.
