Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health field required.
• CT license or eligible CT associate credential required.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy.
• Complete comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Utilize CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and other modalities.
• Provide crisis intervention when clinically indicated.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, APRNs, PAs, therapists, and outside providers.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes.
• Maintain professional, ethical, and clinical standards of care.
• Participate in a supportive multidisciplinary environment.

We are especially interested in clinicians who want to be part of a collaborative practice and have an interest in women's mental health, children and adolescents, anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, trauma, substance use/recovery, couples, or family therapy.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy based on the clinician's experience and interests.
• Complete comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and other appropriate modalities.
• Provide crisis intervention and support when clinically indicated.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, APRNs, PAs, therapists, and outside providers to provide integrated and comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans.
• Maintain professional, ethical, and clinical standards of care.
• Participate in a supportive and collaborative multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
• Must be licensed in Connecticut or hold an eligible Connecticut associate-level credential.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and clinical presentations.
• Interest in women's mental health and wellness is a plus.
• Experience with children, adolescents, families, trauma, OCD, ADHD, or substance use is also highly valued.
• Ability to appropriately assess and manage emergency and high-risk situations.
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care.
