Job summary

Promat, Maryville, TN, is seeking a Supply Chain & Customer Service Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain and customer service for the U.S. business. You will drive planning, logistics, order fulfillment, and service quality while coaching a high-performance team.

This role builds local strategies, partners with Sales, Operations, and Finance, and ensures KPI-driven performance. Occasional travel (<10%), ERP/CRM modernization, and ISO/safety focus are part of the scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 5+ years in supply chain, logistics, customer service, or operations management.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with ERP (SAP preferred) and CRM systems.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Occasional travel (<10%).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain and customer service for the U.S. business.
• Develop local supply chain strategies to optimize cost, lead time and inventory.
• Drive planning, logistics, procurement coordination and inventory management.
• Establish KPIs for service performance and process adherence.
• Coach and develop a high-performance team across functions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and ISO standards.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance and Manufacturing to align goals.
• Implement Lean/Six Sigma initiatives and data-driven improvements.
