Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Utility Worker at Franklin Pierce University in New Hampshire. The role supports kitchen and facility operations by maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in production and service areas. You may work full-time or part-time with shifts in the afternoons/evenings and some weekends/holidays.

Pay range is $16.25–$19.00 per hour. Responsibilities include cleaning, stocking supplies, and assisting with setup and breakdown as directed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• No related work experience required.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and basic food safety.

Responsibilities

• Washes dishes by hand or uses a dishwashing machine.
• Clean and sanitize worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks.
• Sweep, mop, clean and vacuum floors.
• Remove trash and garbage to designated areas.
• Clean equipment using specific chemicals to meet sanitary standards.
• Restock supplies like soap, towels, and cleaning materials.
• Significant walking or mobility; may stand for long periods.
• Other duties may be assigned based on needs.
