Job summary

Mad City Windows, a Renuity Company, is seeking contractors for 1099 Cabinet Refacing. Earn up to $300K/yr with year-round work and paid training. Flexible schedule and weekly direct deposits help you grow your business while delivering quality cabinet refinishing.

Install high‑end kitchen cabinets per our standards, apply finish work, and coordinate with the homeowner to ensure satisfaction and final payments. Drive your own trailer or van; establish your LLC/EIN to qualify.

Qualifications

• 3 years remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience.
• Knowledge of residential kitchen cabinets.
• Experience refacing cabinets with vinyl laminate.
• Established LLC or business with an EIN.
• General liability and workers' compensation insurance.
• Must have trailer or cargo van.
• Great communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products per Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.
