Job summary

Mad City Windows, a Renuity Company, seeks skilled remodeling installers to join our expanding national team. Earn potential across multiple homes with year-round work, paid training, and bonuses, as you contribute to high-quality home upgrades.

You'll install remodeling products, apply finish work, and coordinate with management to ensure homeowner satisfaction and final payments. Candidates should have 3+ years of experience and appropriate insurance.

Qualifications

• 3 years of residential remodeling experience, including trim and finish carpentry.
• Knowledge of residential cabinetry, cabinet installation, cabinet refacing, countertops, backsplash.
• Established LLC or Business running under EIN; must have liability and workers' comp insurance.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Renuity's standards and procedures
• Apply finish work as needed for every application
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect

The main duties include:

• Install home remodeling products according to Renuity's standards and procedures

• Apply finish work as needed for every application

• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments

• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion

• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect

Qualifications:

• 3 years of residential remodeling experience; including trim and finish carpentry

• Knowledge of residential cabinetry, cabinet installation, cabinet refacing, countertops, backsplash

• Established LLC or Business running under EIN

• Must have general liability and worker's compensation insurance

• Must have cargo van, box truck, shuttle, or vehicle capable of pulling a trailer

• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members
