Job summary

Capital Group in Southern California seeks a Global Finance Manager - Product, Enablement & Experience to shape the Finance enablement strategy and experiences that drive adoption, transformation and business value.

You will build scalable capabilities across the Global Finance Hub, partnering with Product Owners and Finance leaders to align priorities, improve user experience and support new technologies and operating models.

Qualifications

8–10 years of senior leadership experience, including 3+ years of people leadership.
Experience in product management, enablement, experience design, change, learning, communications, or transformation.
Strategic thinker who connects capability work to measurable business outcomes with disciplined execution.
Strong executive presence and stakeholder management; effective communication.
Curiosity and a continuous learning mindset, with the ability to champion AI, automation, analytics, and modern ways of working responsibly.

Responsibilities

Shape the Finance enablement strategy and experiences that drive adoption, transformation and business value.
Build scalable capabilities and ways of working across the Global Finance Hub, partnering with Product Owners and Finance leaders to align priorities, improve user experience and support new technologies and operating models.
Lead product enablement, learning, change, automation and AI governance while developing a multidisciplinary team and aligning Finance with enterprise centers of excellence.
