Qualifications

• Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages.
• The PT license must be current, active, and unrestricted; conditional/provisional/restricted licenses not accepted.
• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Smartphone.
• Bilingual a plus!

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages.
• Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment; adjust plan of care as needed.
• Utilize Cliniconnects app to accept or decline patients quickly.
• Provide one-on-one treatment and determine the plan of care.
