Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Sufficient English language proficiency to prepare and shop customer orders.
• Must be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills online orders efficiently, accurately and with urgency using handheld devices.
• Ensure product and order accuracy through verification and quality control processes.
• Learn and apply product knowledge, customer service standards, and store operations to deliver great experiences.
• Keep staging area organized and free of clutter.
• Handle in-store and online order returns and pickups.
• Comply with government regulations such as age verification for restricted items.
• Assist with customer inquiries and provide store information.
• Maintain knowledge of product and promotional events.
• Communicate clearly, collaboratively and courteously.
• Attend daily meetings and leadership huddles.
