Job summary

National Recruiters is seeking Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants for flexible PRN in-home Health Risk Assessments for Medicare Advantage members. You will work autonomously, complete comprehensive HRAs, and document using a company-provided iPad.

Role emphasizes travel within your county, no on-call shifts, and malpractice insurance coverage. Eight 7.5-hour days per month are required, with incentives for performance.

Qualifications

• Active NP or PA license (excluding Pediatrics, PMHNP and Women’s Health)
• Availability of eight full 7.5-hour days per month
• Willingness to travel within roughly 60 minutes of your home

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive in-home HRAs for Medicare Advantage patients
• Review patient history, medications, lifestyle, and social factors
• Conduct basic physical and mental health evaluations
• Travel locally to patients in your county and nearby areas
