Job summary

National Recruiters is seeking Nurse Practitioners for in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare Advantage members. This flexible PRN role offers autonomous work, with an 8-day minimum per month, and travel within a local radius.

You’ll complete HRAs, review medical history, medications, and social factors, perform basic health evaluations, and document with a provided iPad. Malpractice insurance and collaborating physicians are included, with onboarding in 3–4 weeks.

Qualifications

• Active NP license (excluding Pediatrics, PMHNP and Women’s Health specialties).
• Minimum availability of eight (8) full 7.5-hour days per month.
• Willingness to travel within roughly 60 minutes of your home.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive in-home HRAs for Medicare Advantage patients.
• Review each patient’s medical history, current medications, lifestyle, and key social factors.
• Conduct basic physical and mental health evaluations.
• Travel locally to patients in your county and nearby areas.
