Job summary

National Recruiters is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible PRN Health Risk Assessments in Tulsa, OK.

This in-home role allows you to set your schedule with a minimum of 8 days per month, travel locally, and use our EMR on an iPad. You’ll complete HRAs for Medicare Advantage members without prescribing or on-call duties.

As a 1099 contractor, expect mileage considerations and streamlined onboarding; malpractice insurance and collaborating physicians are included.

Qualifications

• Active NP or PA license expected; exclusions apply to Pediatrics, PMHNP, and Women’s Health.
• Availability of eight full 7.5-hour days per month.
• Willingness to travel within roughly 60 minutes of home.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive in-home HRAs for Medicare Advantage patients.
• Review patient medical history, medications, lifestyle and social factors.
• Conduct basic physical and mental health evaluations.
• Travel locally to patients in your county and nearby areas.
