Job summary

National Recruiters is seeking Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) for flexible PRN in-home Health Risk Assessments for Medicare Advantage members. You’ll conduct comprehensive HRAs, review medical histories, medications, and social factors, and perform basic health evaluations.

Travel locally within roughly 60 minutes of home, with an 8-day monthly minimum. This 1099 contractor role includes a provided iPad and malpractice insurance, with no on-call shifts or follow-ups,

Qualifications

• Active NP or PA license required (excluding Pediatrics, PMHNP and Women's Health).
• Minimum availability of eight full 7.5-hour days per month.
• Willingness to travel within roughly 60 minutes of home.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive in-home HRAs for Medicare Advantage patients.
• Review patient medical history, current medications, lifestyle and social factors.
• Conduct basic physical and mental health evaluations.
• Travel locally to patients in your county and nearby areas.
