Job summary

National Recruiters in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) for flexible PRN Health Risk Assessments conducted in-home for Medicare Advantage members. This role lets you work autonomously and supplement income with a schedule that fits your availability.

You’ll complete comprehensive HRAs, review medical histories and medications, perform basic health evaluations, and travel locally within your county.

Qualifications

• Active NP or PA license (excluding Pediatrics, PMHNP and Women’s Health).
• Availability for eight full 7.5-hour days per month.
• Willingness to travel within 60 minutes of home.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive in-home Health Risk Assessments for Medicare Advantage patients.
• Review medical history, medications, lifestyle and social factors.
• Conduct basic physical and mental health evaluations.
• Travel locally to patient homes within your county and nearby areas.
