Mind & Mobility Home Care in St. Petersburg, FL is seeking a compassionate CNA/Home Health Aide to provide in-home care, assist with ADLs, mobility, meals, and companionship.

This PRN role offers day shifts with flexible hours, a $16.50 per hour wage, a $500 sign-on bonus, and opportunities for free ongoing training, plus referral bonuses up to $1,500. Applicants must have a CNA/HHA background or verifiable medical experience, a valid driver's license, CPR certification, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• CNA license, HHA certificate, or verifiable medical background preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year of professional caregiving or home care experience required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable personal vehicle required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English required.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with meal preparation and cooking according to dietary needs and restrictions.
• Help with light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and organizing the client's living space.
• Monitor and record vital signs, medication reminders, and medical documentation as required.
• Assist clients with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.
• Provide errands or transportation as needed.
