Job summary

Right at Home Boston NW is seeking compassionate PCA/Caregiver/Home Health Aide to support elderly clients in their homes across multiple MA towns. The role offers flexible shifts from 3 to 12 hours, with opportunities to work evenings, overnights, and weekends.

You will provide non-medical assistance, companionship, and safety support while promoting independence and dignity for clients. Prior HHA certification is preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel between client homes.
• Pass a full employment background check.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• HHA certificate preferred but experience counts.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical services to help seniors stay in their homes.
• Assist clients and families with aging-related challenges with dignity and compassion.
• Assist with safety tasks such as showering, personal care, and reminders.
• Prepare or assist with basic meals for clients as needed.
• Run errands, take clients to appointments, and provide companionship activities.
• Remain awake and alert on overnight shifts to assist clients.
