Job summary

Right at Home Boston NW is seeking Home Health Aide/PCA/Caregiver to support elderly clients in their homes across multiple towns in MA, including Chelmsford and Acton. Flexible shifts from 3 to 12 hours and a strong support network help you provide compassionate, non-medical care.

Competitive pay ranges from $18 to $21 per hour, with paid time off options, health and dental insurance, a retirement plan, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Pass a full employment background check.
• Communicate in English (written and verbal).
• HHA certificate preferred but experience counts.

Responsibilities

• Provide a variety of non-medical services that allow our elderly clients to stay in their homes.
• Help elderly clients and their families meet aging challenges with dignity and compassion.
• May provide safety assistance with showering, personal care, medication reminders, range of motion exercises, dementia care, housekeeping, and companionship.
• You don’t have to be a gourmet chef, but you may prepare or assist with basic meals for your elderly client.
• May run errands, take your elderly client to appointments, and provide companionship activities such as reading, music, puzzles, games, cards, etc.
• Will be awake and alert even on overnight shifts to assist our elderly clients.
