Job summary

Right at Home Boston NW in Bedford, MA is seeking an HHA/PCA/Caregiver to help clients stay in their own homes with dignity and compassion. The role covers a range of non-medical tasks and companionship, including safety support, meal prep, errands, and transport as needed.

Shifts are available from 3 to 12 hours with all shifts open, and pay ranges from $18–$21 per hour based on availability and shifts accepted. We offer training, RN supervision, benefits, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Have reliable, consistent transportation.
• Pass a full employment background check.
• Communicate in English (written and verbal).
• HHA certificate preferred but experience counts.
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as client requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide a variety of non-medical services that allow our elderly clients to stay in their homes.
• Help elderly clients and their families meet the challenges of aging with dignity and compassion.
• May provide safety assistance with showering, personal care, medication reminders, range of motion exercises, dementia care, housekeeping, and companionship.
• You don’t have to be a gourmet chef, but you may prepare or assist with basic meals.
• May run errands, take clients to appointments, and provide companionship activities.
• Will be awake and alert even on overnight shifts to assist our elderly clients.
