Job summary

Right at Home Boston Northwest is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides and Caregivers for flexible part-time and full-time shifts across MA including Groton. If you have personal care experience, join our award-winning team and help seniors maintain independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities include assistance with mobility, daily living activities, meals, hygiene, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship. CNA/HHA/PCA certifications are welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Reliable transportation.
• Pass a background check.
• CNA, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities: mobility, housekeeping, meal prep, personal hygiene, medication reminders, and more.
• Provide companionship and support during appointments and errands.
