Job summary

Fedelta Home Care in Seattle is seeking licensed caregivers, CNAs, or those pursuing HCA certification to join our team and provide compassionate in-home care to clients across North Seattle communities.

Most roles start part-time with potential to grow into full-time, offering flexible schedules, balance, and the chance to build meaningful relationships while delivering quality care in a home setting.

Qualifications

• Current CNA/HCA/HHA/NAR credential or ability to obtain in WA.
• Minimum six months industry experience.
• Effective English communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel locally to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Follow client care plans as directed by supervisor.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, grooming, meal prep and mobility.
• Maintain accurate client records and report changes promptly.
• Ensure safe, clean home environment and assist with transportation as needed.
• Provide compassionate, hands-on care with professional bedside manner.
