Whether you’re a new graduate or an experienced aide, you will follow individualized care plans, assist with daily living activities, and deliver quality care in a home setting that prioritizes dignity and independence for clients.

Qualifications

• Requires CNA/HCA/HHA/NAR credential in good standing.
• Minimum six months industry experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, in person, by phone, email and text.
• Reliable local transportation and willingness to travel for client visits.

Responsibilities

• Follow client’s care plan as directed by supervisor.
• Chore Services: housekeeping
• Medication Assistance (as delegated)
• Personal Care: bathing, showering, toileting, grooming, dressing
• Meal Preparation
• Shopping and Transportation
• Repositioning/Transfers/Lifting
• Standby Assistance
• Companionship
• Communicate changes to care management team
• Maintain client records and report changes promptly
• Ensure safe, clean, and orderly client environment
• Assist with mobility and transfers as directed by plan of care
• Adhere to safety protocols and HIPAA requirements
