Sage-Haus is seeking a Household Manager & Family Assistant in Wayne, PA to support an active family with two school-age children and a dog. This part-time role (20–30 hours/week) emphasizes afternoon and evening responsibilities, including school pickups, meal prep support, and household organization.

The position requires a warm, organized, independent professional who can coordinate errands, manage chores, and help maintain a calm home environment, with occasional Friday evening coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable personal transportation with clean driving record.
• Ability to navigate multiple flights of stairs.
• Comfortable with dogs.
• Friday evening availability twice per month.
• Part-time schedule with afternoon/evening hours.

Responsabilités

• Afternoon and evening school and activity pick-ups/drop-offs.
• Guide children through evening routines: packing lunches, tidying personal spaces, and preparing for the next day.
• Light supervision and backup childcare as needed.
• Maintain household organization systems.
• Daily resets and light tidying of main living areas.
• Prepare home before weekly cleaners arrive.
• Seasonal swaps (clothing, décor, bedding).
• Prepare and coordinate donation drop-offs.
• Help coordinate and prepare the home for holidays, guests, and events.
• Replace batteries, light bulbs, smoke detector sensors, and air filters as needed.
• Care for indoor plants.
• Support with packing/unpacking as needed.
• Grocery shopping.
• Laundry tasks.
• Vehicle maintenance scheduling.
• Pet care: drop off/pick up dog for grooming.
