You will manage household systems, coordinate with cleaners, help with meals, laundry, shopping, and transportation to activities. A calm, proactive communicator who can work independently is ideal.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Afternoon and evening school and activity pick-ups/drop-offs.
• Guide children through evening routines and prepare for the next day.
• Light supervision and backup childcare as needed.
• Maintain household organization systems and daily resets.
• Prepare home before weekly cleaners arrive and seasonal swaps.
• Grocery shopping, meal planning and prep, and kitchen cleanup.
• Manage inventory, vendor oversight, and coordinating repairs if needed.
