Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to operate standard office equipment and manage databases and online platforms.
• Detail-oriented, diligent, flexible, and able to handle competing deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Strong command of English, written and spoken.
• Ability to work with diverse individuals and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing claims following firm policies and procedures.
• Ensure CMS feed is cleared daily and documents are properly uploaded.
• Complete tasks by deadlines and maintain organized claim files.
• Answer calls from clients, providers, and adjusters as needed.
• Obtain medical records and bills and follow up accordingly.
• Review and process incoming mail, emails, and faxes.
• Assist attorneys and claim specialists with administrative duties.
